• Booking Terms & Conditions



  • Personal Belongings and Liability:
  • Customers are required to remove all personal belongings, money, and other significant items from their vehicle prior to detailing.
  • LifestyleDetailing.com will not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal property, including the vehicle being serviced and any belongings contained inside it. Customers should ensure that their vehicle is serviced in a lawful and safe area.


  • Vehicle Risk and Battery Discharge:
  • All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes.
  • LifestyleDetailing.com or its vendors do not accept liability for discharged batteries during or after the service. Customers should inspect their vehicle after the service to ensure all interior lights, headlights, or running lights have been turned off.


  • Appointment Flexibility:
  • We cannot guarantee firm appointment times or detailing durations, as each vehicle may require more or less time than estimated.
  • We reserve the right to use any independent contractor to undertake auto detailing and may need to change the detailer at short notice without penalty.
  • While we make every effort to keep scheduled bookings, unforeseen circumstances may cause lateness without voiding our cancellation policy.


  • Booking Security:
  • We reserve the right to take debit or credit card details to secure the booking. Debit/credit cards shall be processed by Stripe.com.
  • We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels, weather conditions, or machinery/equipment failure.


  • Service Verification and Refusal:
  • All orders placed require address, package, and vehicle condition verification. Service requests are not guaranteed at the time of booking and may be canceled at any time at the sole discretion of LifestyleDetailing.com. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • LifestyleDetailing.com reserves the right to refuse or deny customer demands beyond the booked detailing.
  • We do not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards our staff under any circumstances and will take appropriate action if such behavior is encountered.


  • Call-Out Charges and Surcharge:
  • We have a minimum call-out charge that varies by location.
  • We reserve the right to charge an hourly rate of $60 (or proportion thereof) for work not within the boundaries of the booking.
  • A minimum 20% surcharge will be applied to all jobs that involve excessive pet hair, urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.


  • Price Determination:
  • Our prices are based on detailing type, location, type of car, and condition of the vehicle and will be advertised as a FROM price.
  • We reserve the right to charge each vehicle according to its condition, type, and location.
  • We reserve the right to amend any price during detailing should it differ from the original estimate.
  • Prices online do not include any local and/or state taxes that apply to services.
  • Feel free to further refine these sections or add any additional details as needed.


  • Customer Communication:
  • LifestyleDetailing.com will send email and text messages to confirm service requests, provide information about the assigned detailer, and conduct a customer satisfaction survey after the job is completed. Customers may incur costs from SMS text messages depending on their mobile phone service provider. LifestyleDetailing.com is not responsible for any potential costs.
  • LifestyleDetailing.com may provide customers’ order requests to any detailer within or outside of our network to fulfill requests promptly.
  • When a service request is matched to a provider, the customer’s name, phone number, service address, and vehicle information will be shared with that service provider.
  • LifestyleDetailing.com may call customers directly to schedule services or conduct customer satisfaction surveys. In the event of a canceled request, we may call customers to inquire about the reasons for canceling.
  • All inbound and outbound customer service calls may be recorded for quality assurance purposes.


  • Customer Feedback and Payment:
  • LifestyleDetailing.com may inquire about where customers heard about our services to gauge marketing strategies and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Customers must grant permission to hold debit or credit card details to secure regular bookings, and we will charge the card after each visit.
  • We reserve the right to charge the full amount to a debit or credit card if the vehicle(s) are not available for cleaning, and the booking has not been canceled in advance (see cancellation policy).
