FAQ

What counts as a “confirmed booking”?
A completed, paid appointment booked under the referred customer’s name. Cancellations, no-shows, or unpaid work don’t generate credits.
How do my friends get their 10% off?
They book through our Setmore page and add “Referred by [Your Name]” in the notes. The discount is applied on their first detail.
How do I use my credits?
Credits are stored on your customer profile. Use them on your next detail at checkout. You can stack multiple 10% credits up to a maximum of 100% off one Full Detail (see terms).
Do credits expire?
Yes—credits are valid for 12 months from the date they’re issued.
Can two people refer each other?
A new customer can use a referral discount for their first visit; after they complete it, they can start referring others. Self-referrals or circular referrals on the same job are not allowed.

Program Rules (Short Version)

  • Both save 10%: Referee receives 10% off their first detail; referrer earns a 10% credit after the referee’s job is completed & paid.
  • Unlimited referrals: No cap on how many you can earn.
  • Stacking: Multiple 10% credits may be applied together up to 100% of a single Full Detail (base package price). Credits cannot exceed the invoice total.
  • Where credits apply: Detail services only. Credits cannot be used toward ceramic coatings, PPF, gift cards, tips, taxes/fees, or travel charges (if any).
  • New customers only: The person you refer must be a first-time customer booking under their own name, email, and phone. No self-referrals. Same household allowed once per individual person/vehicle.
  • Validity: Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire 12 months from issuance.
  • Abuse & adjustments: Lifestyle Detailing may decline or reverse credits for fraudulent, duplicate, or cancelled bookings, and may modify the program terms at any time.
