Small driveways, office lots and the curb

Most of our Grand Rapids work does not happen in a big driveway, because most of the city does not have one. We detail in small driveways with the van pulled in tight, in office parking lots while you work, and at the roadside where the car lives on the street. Downtown and in the denser neighbourhoods that is simply what the job looks like, and we set up for it rather than around it.

It is also the plainest difference between us and a shop. A shop needs you to drive across town, leave the car, and get yourself back at the end of the day. We need the vehicle and enough room to walk around it. We bring our own water and our own power, with cords up to 100 feet, so a curb with no hose and no outlet in sight is still a spot we can work in.

The drive from our base is short. We are in Wyoming, about five miles and ten minutes out, so a Grand Rapids booking is an ordinary slot on the calendar, not a trip we have to plan around.
