The Simple Terms
No contract. A short minimum, so the member price stays fair.
- Minimum
- 3 completed visits. Stop sooner and the gap between member and list price on those visits is charged.
- Reschedule
- 24 hours' notice to move or cancel a visit.
- Weather
- Rain moves the visit within 7 days at no cost. Below freezing, it can switch to an Interior Refresh.
- Pause
- Up to 2 pauses a year, up to 30 days each, keeping your member price.
- Price lock
- Your member price is held for 12 months.
- Second vehicle
- Same address, same visit: 10% off that vehicle.
- Limited spots
- We cap maintenance cars so every slot is kept.

Maintenance FAQ
Do I have to have a full detail first?
Yes. Maintenance keeps a finish; it doesn't create one. A Full Detail in the last 30 days, or booked as your first visit, sets the standard each visit keeps.
How often should I book in a Michigan winter?
Every 2 weeks through salt season keeps salt film off the paint and out of the carpet. Every 4 weeks is plenty the rest of the year.
What if it rains or freezes?
Rain moves your visit within 7 days at no cost. Below freezing, the visit can switch to an Interior Refresh so the inside still gets done.
Can I pause?
Yes, up to twice a year for up to 30 days each, and your member price stays.
Do you come to my home or office?
Yes, we service the Grand Rapids area. Driveway or accessible parking preferred; we bring all tools and products.
